01、Customer inquiries：You provide sample, pattern and related data (including leather materials, accessories, hardware accessories, specifications, etc.), and indicate the quantity of orders and production requirements;
02、Product quotation：We make an accounting quotation for the order products. The quoted price does not include packaging, logistics and value added tax；
03、Product proofing：We will produce product samples according to your enquiry results，after the signature is confirmed, the sample is sealed and used as the standard of large cargo production.；
04、Both sides confirmed：Confirm the order, quantity, payment, delivery date, contract terms, etc. of the order products；
05、Sign a contract：The two sides signed a cooperation agreement, you pay 30% to 50% deposit；
06、Production of big goods：After purchasing the materials and opening the mould, we should first make the sample reference signature template, confirm that there is no mistake and then continue the large-scale production. During the production period, both sides must maintain effective communication, timely discover and deal with all the problems encountered in the production process, to ensure that the production is completed on time, quality and quantity；
07、Customer acceptance：Before the order product is completed or is about to be completed and not formally packaged，We will notify you to arrange QC for quality sampling and take the signed sample or contract terms as the inspection standard，after acceptance of order products，continue to finish product cleaning, packing and packing；
08、Payment and delivery：After you pay the rest, we will arrange the corresponding logistics company to deliver the goods according to the terms of the contract.
In order to ensure the rights and interests of both parties, please carefully check the proofing data of the order products, and pay the corresponding sample fee (The sample fee will be deductible in the contract order), under normal circumstances, we will complete the sample production in 3 to 5 working days, sample making time will be extended if the sample involves LOGO press mark or LOGO hardware needs to be customized,please talk with the business manager in detail.
